Installation FAQ

For most single-family homes in Utah, a 1-inch service line is standard. Larger homes, properties with irrigation systems, or commercial buildings may require 1.5-inch or 2-inch service. We calculate the correct size based on your fixture count, pressure zone, and distance from the meter.
Yes — we work on new construction throughout Utah County including Lehi, Eagle Mountain, Saratoga Springs, American Fork, and all surrounding cities. We coordinate directly with city utility departments and handle all permit applications.
Utah's freeze depth requirements vary by municipality and elevation. In most Salt Lake and Utah County cities, water service lines must be installed at a minimum of 36 to 48 inches below finish grade. We install to local code requirements on every job.
