Three No-Dig Options — One Right for Your Line

Not every trenchless method works for every situation. We assess your line, property, and soil before recommending the right approach.

Pipe Bursting

A hydraulic bursting head pulls through the old pipe, fracturing it outward while simultaneously pulling new HDPE pipe into place. The most common trenchless method for full main line replacement. Requires only two small access excavations.

Pipe Lining (CIPP)

A resin-saturated liner is inserted into the existing pipe and cured in place, creating a new pipe within the old one. Best for pipes with isolated cracks or root intrusion where the host pipe still has structural integrity.

Missile Boring

A pneumatic or hydraulic boring tool drives underground to create a new path for a replacement line. Ideal for replacing lines under driveways, concrete, or hardscaping without breaking the surface.

Why Choose Trenchless?

Protect Your Property

Traditional open-cut replacement means a trench across your entire yard, often damaging landscaping, sprinkler systems, and driveways. Trenchless eliminates most of that — two small access holes and the job is done.

Long-Lasting Results

HDPE pipe used in pipe bursting has a lifespan of 50+ years, resists corrosion, and has no joints along the run — meaning fewer future failure points than traditional segmented pipe.

What You Get

  • Minimal disruption to landscaping & sprinklers
  • Often faster and comparable cost to open-cut
  • HDPE pipe — corrosion-resistant, 50+ year life

Yes. Pipe bursting and pipe lining are both viable for sewer main line replacement as well as water main lines. The method depends on pipe size, material, and condition — we'll assess and recommend accordingly.
Trenchless is often comparable to or less expensive than traditional open-cut once you factor in landscaping restoration, concrete repair, and longer labor time. We provide free estimates for both so you can compare directly.
Not always. Pipe bursting works best when the existing pipe is relatively straight with a consistent path. Severely offset joints, very shallow depth, or certain soil conditions may make traditional replacement a better choice. We'll tell you honestly after assessing your line.
