When your water service line has failed, corroded, or reached the end of its life, Red Rock Water Line handles the full replacement from city meter to your home — permits, excavation, and site restoration included.
Warning Signs
Repairs can only go so far. If your water service line is showing multiple warning signs, full replacement is often more cost-effective than repeated patching.
A sudden or steady increase with no usage change is a strong sign of a hidden main line leak.
Reduced pressure at every fixture — not just one tap — points to a main line issue, not a local plumbing problem.
Unexplained wet spots, sinkholes, or unusually green patches in your yard signal an underground water main leak.
Rusty or brown water from multiple taps means internal pipe corrosion — common in aging galvanized or older copper lines.
Galvanized steel mains from before the 1970s have a finite lifespan. Replacement before failure is always cheaper than emergency repair.
If your water line has needed repair more than once in a few years, the pipe itself is telling you it's time for a full replacement.
Our Process
Our preferred method when conditions allow. A bursting head pulls through the old pipe, fracturing it outward while simultaneously pulling new HDPE pipe into place. Minimal yard disturbance, same-day completion.
For lines where trenchless isn't viable due to depth, access, or condition — we excavate cleanly, replace the full line with new material, and restore the site completely before we leave.
